Coming from a home of chaos myself, I can relate. We were not allowed to have feelings. My parents to this day are in complete denial. Life for me now is wonderful...stable. I wonder though, in 20 years will my son be going through this.

Life has its ups and downs even without our physical or mental states. This is a cruel fact I myself don't like to accept, but I take it one day at a time.

I can relate. I too have suffered from depression since I was a teenager and have treated it in different ways. It is a on going process and I totally agree that there are triggers. My emotional state be it from work, relationships, you name it, effects my depression which in turn effects those areas... almost like a merry-go-round.

Glad to hear that you are better though. I would have never guess when I meet you at WordCamp 2007. You seems like a bundle of joy.

Keep it up. Your site looks great. I need to work on my blog, I'm a designer for chirst's sake.
